401(k)s offer creative solutions for companies, including Roth options, vesting schedules, and creative matching options.
SIMPLE IRAs
If you're looking for a simple, low-cost plan for 100 or fewer employees, a SIMPLE IRA may be a good fit for you. Employer chooses between 3% matching contribution or 2% non-elective contribution.
